It's time to make your opinion known! The County Planning Commission is reviewing the Los Osos Vacation Rental Ordinance Amendments at a hearing set for July 9th, 2020. The Planning Department has made significant omissions to the Vacation Rental Guidelines developed by LOCAC. The April board meeting scheduled be held at 4 PM on April 6 has been postponed to May 4. Due to shelter at home, the meeting may be online using Zoom. CEPOA members are welcome to audit the meeting. If you would like to do so, contact any of the board members for instructions.
Elections for the Los Osos Community Advisory Council will be held on May 16th at the old Los Osos Schoolhouse in the Park from 9am – 4pm. If you are unable to be present to vote on that day you may submit an absentee ballot between April 24th and May 15th. Four seats need to be filled, including District 4, in which Cabrillo Estates is located. Visit the LOCAC website for more information.
Today a newsletter went out to everyone on the CEPOA email list with information about the Neighborhood Emergency Advisory Team's efforts to help neighbors support one another during this crisis.
