The hearing appeal of the Vacation Rental at 2759 Rodman Drive will be Tuesday, May 1 in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Government Center at 1055 Monterey Street,  San Luis Obispo. As of this writing, the item is Number 32 on the agenda and scheduled for the afternoon session, which begins at 1:30 PM.

CEPOA's official position is in opposition. All CEPOA members and others who share this position are urged to attend the meeting and speak briefly (one minute or less).  Get a speakers card on your arrival, fill it in, then turn it in. Our chief concerns center on health, safety, and lack of compatibility with our neighborhood.

The LOCAC Land Use Committee has developed a set of proposed guidelines for vacation rentals in Los Osos.

The Los Osos Community Advisory Council is the voice of the community for all land use issues affecting Los Osos. The LOCAC Election will be held in May 2018, the date and location to be announced. There is one member in each of the 4 districts up for re-election. Cabrillo Estates is in District 4 (see map).

All interested candidates (including incumbents) need to fill out an application and complete a candidate statement if they wish to run for the seat in their district.
